Messy Church in a home

Published 9th January 2012 by lucy moore

An exciting development from Sally Lingham, who has tried out Messy Church in her own home: it’s getting more like the Early Church by the day! She writes:
Hi Lucy and team
We did manage to run a Messy Church @ Home before Christmas. It was great fun! We managed to squeeze 10 adults and 12 kids into our home. We did a selection of crafts, ate tasty snacks and one of the team gave a short talk to the adults (and any kids who were in the lounge at the time). We did it on a Sunday afternoon from 2-4pm. I would recommend this for smaller churches who perhaps don’t have the manpower to start a larger scale Messy.
I am now praying through what to do next! Thank you for your support.
