Welcome to the first ‘Maximising the Mess’ Mondays. 
Each Monday, we will be sending out a helpful PDF on a different topic, which we hope will really enable you to ‘maximise the Mess’ .
Lucy writes: ‘Some of us have tiny, jewel-like Messy Churches with two or three families; others of us have ones at the other extreme and regularly welcome 100, 200 or even 300 (yes, I exaggerate not!) people to get messy with us. While it’s delightful and somewhat awesome to have enormous numbers, it brings its own problems too. This ‘helpful hints’ list is for leaders struggling to cope with increased numbers’.
